Has 1 mo. VIP always been just 700 WPE or did it just come that low recently?

 

Also, is there a way for me to transfer some of my WPE to other accounts? What's the minimum WPE amount that can be transferred?

It has always been 700 WPE.  The once a month 1500 KP + 1 Month VIP is just a better value so most people do that.

 

As for transferring, as long as it is still WPE you can buy a gift card and then redeem it on another account. It just has to be in increments or 1k, 2k, or 3k WPE.

 

As for KP, that cannot be transferred afaik.

LOL. I am such an idiot. I never really needed any Kafra Points so I bought the 1500 KP package. xD

 

Oh. So minimum is 1K WPE that can be converted and transferred to a different account? Bummer. Was gonna try transferring 200 WPE for a 1 week VIP to level an alt.
