does INT stat effect ignition break damage? and for maximum ignition break damage would 120 str be best?

hmm...from my research making any stat over 120 isn't wise.....the gain is too little and the stats required to reach one 130 and it will GREATLY effect your other stats effectively crippling you

Ignition Break Formula:
3x3 cell Damage
= ATK [{(Skill Level x 300) x (1 + [(Caster’s Base Level - 100) / 100])}] %
7x7 cell Damage
= ATK [{(Skill Level x 250) x (1 + [(Caster’s Base Level - 100) / 100])}] %
11x11 cell Damage
= ATK [{(Skill Level x 200) x (1 + [(Caster’s Base Level - 100) / 100])}] %
Super PRO RK Tip: Enchant Blade do not increase the Damage but pshhht, dont tell anyone pls.
