After I created a new Char and passcode set, I am triing to enter game and says the topic title error message.

 

Atm new charachters cannot be started?

There have been other reports of errors. I've sent a message to Helium about this. Sorry for the inconvenience but please be patient. I'm sure things will be fixed soon.

I'm not sure if your issue was related to the other problems earlier but the servers were reset and everything should be working fine now.

 

Please try again and if you still can't create a new character, post about it in this thread
