Warpportal Maintenance July 6th

 
Greetings!
 
On July 6th at 6PM PDT games' logins and websites will be down for a maintenance of the billing server. Estimated down time is around 1 hour.
 
Making new logins to the game might not be possible during maintenance, however, map servers will remain online. Castle treasures will not be lost.
Please note RO weekly maintenance is still happening on Thursday 7th.

Warpportal maintenance has ended

 

Good Evening Folks,

 

We just got the all clear from the Billing and IT teams. I will be heading home now and will see you again in about 10 hours for the normal weekly maintenance plus Chaos Bonus Maintenance.

Does this mean if we have VIP currently, that it won't be in effect in game? Or do you just mean we can't buy new VIP then?

Shouldn't this be done during normal maintenance times? If you're over shooting your estimates by over half, don't even bother putting in an estimate. Moreover, VIP is broken.

Unfortunately as this is a company wide thing we do not control the schedule for this.

I just got back and I can't log in.  When is the estimated time when we can log back in?
