Can somebody explain me what it is ??

I personaly loved the zodiac armor who was awesome ! but then i'll have to buy a lot of this, right ?

Or is it something totaly different from that ?

If you destroyed an item (through Soulcraft fail, enchant fail, throw it away or sold to NPC) you can buy the "Item recovery Request" Item and hold it in inventory.

Then write a ticket to support with your lost item name and they gonna recover it for you. Thats how this item works.
