... When I've logged in with my ID : <>, then system reported "Your account is prohibit to log in until 2020-12-31". ...
... I've never logged in since I've create the account (07/05/2016) ... If anybody has hacked my ID and bots it ...
... It's any bug or ban ...

Go to the Support page, register an account (if you don't already have one; forum accounts are separate from support accounts), validate your email and then send a ticket to the staff. 2020 is a temporary ban and they explain the reasons behind it when you ask them via the ticket system only.
