I have searched the wiki for the marriage system but it doesnt say anything about exp sharing of married couples.

 

1. Do they really share exp whenever they are in the same party regardless of their level range.

 

2. Do they share even exp with their adopted player.

The couple themselves cannot share exp regardless of range. They're still affected by the 15 level range limit. The only time you can share exp is if you have both parents AND the child in the party and online in the same map.
