after update patch 613 the errors happend

"file [3DDATA\TERRAIN\O_Range.TBL] open error"

what's happend? what is support to do with this?

I had no trouble patching or logging in. My advice is to close all clients completely then when you reload the launcher, use the check all option. That causes you to repatch and it will hopefully fix your problem.

That error is almost a mandatory reinstall of the game. 

I've personally not been able to figure out what causes that issue or a quick fix for it, but it has to do file a file being corrupted and unable to be read by the game.

 

You'll have to download a NEW installer from the website, and completely uninstall and install the game from the new installer.
