i got a problem , its an honest mistake but im wondering if any GM or tech support can help me , i bought a pvp skill(impact arrow for scout) on my newbie char and i didnt see the restrictions that says "account locked" , so is there any possibilities that i can trade it on my other char just for this one please !!!
PLEASE HELP I DONT WANT IT TO GO TO WASTE , I SPEND 500IM POINTS FOR IT

As aerostatic said, you need to make a ticket. Here is the link to do that . On that same page you should also consider making a support account so you can view and reply to your ticket at the website rather than waiting for an email. Click "register" on the page that I linked to make a support account.
Since no one here at the forum can help you with this, I am closing the topic
