Hello,

I'd like to play Ragnarok and I have downloaded the official client. The installation went okay, but when I try to open the game, I get

this error message: 

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I tried reinstalling it, but the message still pops up. I am on Windows XP. What should I do? Could someone help please?

Oh, I have already seen this post and I have followed those instructions, but unfortunately it hasn't solved the problem.
