Entries will be by Team.

Characters will be provided by granting access to accounts temporarily which are made for this purpose and controlled by staff.

Teams will be 1 Character of each playable race but the Specific 2nd Jobs are up to the Players/Teams. 

 

Notes:

Teams are to consist of 1 master, 3 members, and an optional substitute.

Teams register together on the forum.

 

5 people-  4 person each race and 1 person for backup if one of your team dont shows up

then you write wht class your team will play

You are a little bit wrong there.

 

A team always consists of one Turan, one Xenoa, one Kruxena and one Bartuk.

 

So there will always be 4 people fighting in a team against 4 people in the other team. 

 

The fifth optional substitute is as it already says optional. So, you may nominate a fifth team member who will jump in, if anyone of the core team has to skip a round for whatever reason.

Im not sure how you plan to distribute the accounts and such
