I am unable to click or move anywhere, including 'Exit game' or any menu options. I need to alt f4 to kill the game and start it again to move.

 

happened 5 times in a row so its not me.

Try Alt+Tab to cycle between your active windows. Or simply click outside your client, if you run one at a smaller resolution than your desktop and it should fix itself.
