What fixed lol, it was only for the Murder Hour. Don't worry, UJC will come back once skill changes for SH are done, and it will come back for at least a week.

I would like to know why there was a maint, theres nothing new, they removed all bonuses and ofc we dont get patch notes and i got the feeling that this event will be just another fail, as i can see on forum just some ppl sign up for this great event.
Probably the most ppl in game dont even know about it xD

That was weekly maintenance.
Weekly maintenance is useful, updates things such as leaderboards...and many other things...every game do that.

it also removes bonuses...because the ppl that do the restart dont even have the info for what is supposed to be on.
