IRO classic wiki says there's a room on the left in izlude swordsman headquarters, but there isn't. Also, the quest NPC that warps you to the obstacle course is nowhere to be found. Please help.. Thanks ^_^

The NPC is not missing on Classic Loki server.
After speaking with the Swordsman NPC behind the desk, speak with the guard sitting outside the left room. Proceed from there.
