I just want to know till what lvl i drop dragon bone in gold or any other mini boss lvl drop cap

You'll probably notice less after the upper 60s for Van Cliff Maybe lower 70s. I'm unsure exactly because the highest level mobs are mid-upper 60s.

I've done this before with Van Cliff bosses for shield and earring farm. Having a level 60 finish the boss while my higher level wiped the mobs. You'll get drops if they get the kills.

Shields and earrings are dropped on B25 in vancliff from the boss before bone dragon. (Van cliff) or something, the dracua dude.

Not that I'm aware of but they do allow for quick finisher if and when he pops that invincibility shield.

As long as the lower level'd char does the most damage to the boss, he will still drop loot. This means that as long as you stop attacking the boss at like 50% HP (just to be safe, since you don't know how much of the first 50% was dealt by the lower player), you'll be fine.
