Let's hear what the CMs have to say about that this time around.

They are. That was the answer for the players who wanted to GRF edit those in their games.

iRO can receive those, don't expect a faster answer than when dealing with kRO.

I still played a bit of twRO about 3 weeks ago and last time I checked it wasn't out. Pretty sure he just editted his own sprite files cause their are tons of it like that on twRO forum.

 

EDIT: Yeah I did a quick search, it's not out he just editted his own file. I don't think I can link the stuff here sooooo yeah.

Because IIRC there were CMs (or players) said that those alt sprites are exclusively for jRO only
Or maybe it's just me

nice outfit. it fits the GX well. sadly, we're not getting that OP penetration set to deal massive damage just like the GX on vid.

We are able to get jRO items, like the headgears we've already been implementing recently. We have already put in a request for the jRO alternative look costumes and have stressed to kRO that our community wants them as soon as we can get them.

From the looks of it he had at least 2 other MVP cards -- Lord Knight and Turtle General. 

 

My guess is he was plenty OP and didn't need the penetration set.

How will it work though Oda? Considering from what i know the jRO sprites are licensed by gung-ho entertainment, that means Gravity has to re-buy the rights to use it then. I say if its too much trouble then dont stress too much on it, we the community would understand the amount of effort it would take.

Korean Ragnark Online has a habit of not answering and ignoring pleas for just about anything. International Ragnarok Online can ONLY ask and stress the importance of how much we need or desire something, but not much else can be done. Not many people who understand that.

Actually, I didn't want to argue, just to question him, since he's in fact someone more experienced in the game, and with higher knowledge of future updates than me, so he may know something else that has been implemented to level those "underdog" classes with the "top tier" ones. The fact the he doesn't like the set has no influence in what a class need or not, specially since after an item has been released, all future design in the game will take that item into account.

 

I also don't like the sets as they are, but as far as my knowledge go, there's no implemented alternative to make them on par, or at least to reduce the power gap between the low and high tier classes. So, I ask again, what do they need?

 

Though, now that I look at it, the tone that I used seem to be provocative, thus I'm fixing it.

Heh, that offhand dagger alone is probably worth more z than than the combined value of 90% of the iRO player base. Well, not counting bots and zeny bank alts.
