Since Campitor is Camping this thread (bad puns are bad...), and even Oda made an apparition here, I want to ask what has been decided about the Penetration Shadow Sets (and the yet to be introduced here Tempest Shadow Sets)? Will they be re-introduced in the future? Will they be nerfed then reintroduced? Are they shelved for the time being (or for good)?

also, are we getting Excellion Set with the upcoming update by the end of the month?
