Hey guys. I just received the RO newsletter telling me to redeem the code but there was no code in the mail. It just says :

 

We have included a code for a headgear item!

#Extra6 CODE

To redeem it, check out the GUIDE! This code can only be used ONCE per RO account and expires 2 months from now, so don't wait to pick it up!

 

Is it already being sent or am I just too excited?

Hmm, so only one ro account for 1 WP account could get the headgear? Not all the ro accounts inside that WP could get the headgear. Lucky to those peeps who only put 1 ro per 1 WP. IYKWIM

What do you see when you click on the extra6?

 

Our mailing service sends out a limited number of newsletters first for tracking, but it looks like the email service may have screwed up the codes. We're checking it out.

Its looking like a set of emails without codes will finish sending this afternoon. We are working on a follow up email which will properly contain the codes but have no eta as trying to figure out what went wrong with the email services tools is a little.. frustrating.

Internal test was successful so expect 1 bad email then 1 good email.

Just got the email. No code, though. There's a link saying that it's to a guide, but I can't access it from work. Will try again at home.

I haven't received the newsletter since ages, and I requested it when I created the account. I don't know what's going on.

We had to remove a lot of email addresses from our list due to them getting consistantly bounced by spam/junk mail filters. Our email hosting service gets in trouble if too large a percentage of emails 'bounce' by getting trashed or junked so we have had to purge the list a few times. Safest way is to make sure that your registred email considers us a safe sender and log into warpportal, uncheck the newsletter and save, then re-subscribe.

but yeah no code, or I don't see it anywhere x.x
