We are working on a client patch for the unknown item issue with the new enchants.

A patch has been released earlier to address the issue of "unknown" enchants. Please close all of the running game windows and run Ragnarok.exe to download the fix file.

Steam users, if you have Newsletter option on before the set date and didn't get the costume Savage Babe headgear then please be patient, the CMs have been notified.
