Don't know why people always express their opinion as if been righteous and quoting others that are just as faulty as they are.
Therefore, no need to answer ridiculous selfie quotes with lack of supporting materials.
Back to BSQ answer, Agitedosu many people has tried to banned for those exact malicious behaviors, but they have not been banned not once that I know off, based on many report from in game friends FACT.
General behaviors forum over all:
Reminder, just because a subject was covered before does not mean anything was fixed due to old managers in game and we always get new people in game management who seems to care most than others. I have not seen more changes and the game play better since POPCORN started to develop for it.
Facts are things seems to change when a lot of people in the community complaint about the same issues over and over, but some of you rather kiss ------- to sound friendly and not get to the real issues. I'm not a rebel, nor I care for bs answer that does not help the community. If an individual is here to troll or to sound good to their peers, let me tell you now, no one cares.
The times in which this subject was covered before and now have had no changes in moderation over players both in game and in forums. The CMs and VMs representing DS at those times are the same as now and the Support Staff who've investigated these matters are mostly the same names. If you've seen zero results then you're either not providing the proper evidence or reporting for the wrong reasons. Staff takes time to investigate before giving results. Despite assumptions they don't flail the ban-hammer wildly they actually take their time and in a game with a playerbase this small and an okay growth rate that's a good thing.
Don't think no one here is concerned with real issues. You don't know whether or not they might actually be contributing to community through assisting others and hard work to help our small development squad find issues in game as well. Even players that, like you have to others, I've had entire photo-albums of screenshots for evidence against I later see providing bug-fix reports and giving proper advice and care for the game. Not as a sort of facade to prevent punishment but because they see these real issues. Just because a supposed handful of players wanna grief you doesn't mean the entire community is two-faced and doesn't care.
Malicious behaviour can be everything. Could also be running 24/7.
If that's true then Battlesquares would all be dead-empty and you can screenshot island-hopping too much to punish a guild.
I dunno what they taught you in <Insert Questionable Server Name here> but for the years the BattleSquare has existed in every official server there was you'll very likely (Despite assumptions towards how certain regions react to it) have seen flat-out run-stalling flags. Having seen how this game-mode works from it's original release. Players left and right have done everything to stall for points because of the flaw that stall-tactics are promoted. Because one player lost a 1vs1 Bsq to a runner doesn't mean we need to hunt everyone who does it down. I witnessed a BattleSquare with two runners, equal flags and speed, on both teams using cakes/capsules even. Neither of them were punished or reported despite players complaints. Even the whole Perm-capped character thing existed long before Battlesquare as a form of PvP some players with a lot of time/money did on the side. (You'd never believe I knew a Perm level 30 back in THQ'ICE and a short-ways into WarpPortal before he quit).
Frowned Upon but Beatable (Running, Healing whether items or abilities) vs Unintended, Malicious, and Gamebreaking (Bug-Abuse, Alt-logging, Intentional stacking of teams, Super-launching to unreachable location) I suggest you need to learn a difference.
