Last time I use my AB character I equip that headgear. After a few hours play (just afk) other char and turn back want to play my AB, its gone.

I dont mind the value of that headgear. Im poor right now and Im just feel weird its gone. How? When? Why?

I bought from player at vending.  What the meaning of this? Duped items? If yes, why still exist?

"illegally obtained" = the guy that sold the +9 Yggdrasil Crown stole or duped it.

Posting ticket contents on forums should be avoided.

As stated above, the item in question might have been scammed or obtained through other illegal means.
