At Step no. 11, /navi lhz_in01 206/129, where we are required to step on a certain tile/cell to proceed, something is blocking the way, at 1st I thought it was a player, but I have done some test where using Cloaking Exceed/Cloak/Hiding can be removed by Ruwach inside the same room. I don't even know if it's a bug or not, but some players like me can't proceed with the quest and we can't do Dangerous rumors quest to go to Bio 4.. Please Help XO

you will have to repeat step 7-10 if the dialogue didn't appear.

You didn't click the bookshelf when you're at the part of learning the corporation history.

Start doing it on other characters every time you're doing the same quest.

it's not working, ive tried to redo step 7 - 10 and clicked the bookshelf, but whenever I try to step /navi lhz_in01 206/129, it won't even let me step the certain cell, like it was blocked or something, and I'm not the only player who's experiencing this kind of problem... XO

Start from the outside of the HQ, enter to trigger the spirit then speak with the Representative lady behind the desk. Choose the appropriate option then move to the library. Note that if someone else is standing on (206,129) or the nearby cells it won't work. The quest has been checked many times, it is working properly.

Before there was an troll afk near one proc sell. I troll him too by warping him to dimensional gorge + thorn wall dual.
