I'm trying to enchant 2 RWC pendant for my mage class. I was wondering if anyone can give me a brief calculation of which enchant will give me more magic damage using the highest possible enchants (lvl3). Should i choose Spell or Matk enchant? 

On a similar note, I also noticed that having a MATK increase item doesn't add up to the value in the status window. For example wearing Buwaya Agimat tattoo MATK +7% doesn't add up in the status window. Was this intended?

Depends on your whole setup.

It doesnt shows, intended, even tho kinda... ehh.

I'm using a warlock with 120 Int, 100 dex, 60 LUK stats. 
As for my build, I have a max level crimson rock and comet using spell book. I want to increase the dps of these spells. 
As for my equipment goes, I have a +9TSoD spell8 and Skull Cap with KK card combo and FAW with spell 18

from what you posted your matk should be greater than 200+500 if you have full matk% enchant on RWC pendant you should end up with 14% matk which will give greater matk than spell enchants but spell enchants have another use than just matk they are to help reduce variable cast so you can cast faster

So from what you just said, I should go with all-out MATK enchants to increase my damage output? I use spell books anyway so the casting time shoudn't really matter for me.

Spell enchants are better when leveling lower levels, specially when you are a mage or wizard/sage, but even as a 3rd class, before you can get 120 DEX (which are better to rush than 120 INT when you are a Warlock) or 120 INT, but with your setup (69% VCTR) and your stats, you won't be needing the spell enchants for cast reduction. The MATK increase is better for damage increase when you have > 243 total MATK, but in a borderline situation, the VCTR can be more desirable than a bit more of damage. For endgame though, it will always be more desirable.

 

I have a RWC pendant with 2 Spell 3 (2 reset tickets spent. Lucky AF) and creamy card which is great for early level spellcasters. The other one is MATK 3% + Spell 2 (couldn't get a better enchant yet, but my aim is to have another MATK 3% enchant).

it will my friend it will...for matk it depend, consider your whole matk and then think if 14% will be better than the flat matk you get for 2x spell3...after that, if you are leveling i actually take the advice from Kusa, spell is better lvling wise because you need to cast fast, i know reading spell book sound super promising, but when you lvling for a while and when you have more spells at your disposal you will notice that you will start chaining spells to kill mob.

 

Also remember that best magical damage will matter only on woe, and will matter on pvm only if you can one shot or not the mob you are fightning, if increasing your matk will mean nothing, then really is better increase your DPS.

Thanks guys! Appreciate your responses. However, I forgot to add that I don't worry about cast time since I wore glasses with Isilla card that has a very frequent chance of decreasing variable cast time by 50% + Sacrament which hopefully a lot of support AB offers. I go with MATK enchants then.
