Does this work with bows?  Someone told me that it doesnt work for ranged attacks ( he even referred me to this http://irowiki.org/wiki/Status_Effects), but the description says it does. I am so confused right now. Can anyone post pics for this please?

 

And also does this work with reflected damage? and skills like axe tornado? arrow storm?
