I think at this point especially with all the zeny on the server money cap REALLY needs to be increased. It's pretty crazy to need 2 accounts just to hold zeny.

Increase money cap or just implement a fool-proof bank system.

while RO is RO, this can't be changed, programming issues. Unless the whole game is rewritten

I asked Oda this last time on the TIki and he said it's somthing they have been thinking about and have asked kRO about it. So I guess it is possible.

Even if they can't change the 2.1bits problem at this point, there needs to be a way to hold extra zeny on a account. It makes no sense to have to have 2 account 18 characters just to hold zeny.

I don't know how possible it is, but if they created a second layer of currency, That added 1 for every 1 bi of zeny (subtracting that 1 bi) it would be possible to bypass the format problem. Don't know if it's moderately difficult, very difficult or impossible to implement, though.

Am I the only person that thinks that the real problem is that there's too damn much zeny on the server?  How did we get to the point where a 2.1b zeny limit is too small for so many people?

Because the developers and publishers are not proactive enough to prevent this issue from happening to begin with.
