I want to  get the KVM Item for WOE, so I decided to do a battlegrounds fight with my friends. I'm applied for KVM with the NPC name" Croix knight " and then i'm clicked on the "battle" button under the basic info . Then the small window pop up on my screen say waiting for status to enter but I'm wait for like 10 mins and  still can not enter into the KVM fight. Maybe i might do something wrong and didn't know but I think I did the right step.

There has to be a certain amount of players on each team. If there's not enough players, the match won't start.

that is working,at least for me and my friends
and nope,we dont talk to the npc,we just use battleground menu
