Party buffs do work with madogear

Renovatio doesn't work (Madogear - cannot be targetted by Reno), (Deadly - will be removed once its on)

Sanctuary works 

Aid Potion works 

wearing Deadly (Evil druid carded) armor also produces the same bug/effect as madogear.

I think this is not a bug,having this skill at lvl 4 - 5 means more MATK increase 

 

 

While higher level means more matk, I am saying that the fact the skill can be recast, incur a cooldown penalty, and NOT refresh the buff duration is a bug in itself. No other buff in Ragnarok has that behavior to my knowledge. All buffs either refresh the duration, toggle the buff (with no cooldown) such a preserve, or have a much longer cooldown than the duration of the buff.    

 

But, I can see where you are coming from; without knowing the true intent of the developers, it is hard to tell if that is by design, or actually a bug. I am just more inclined to think it is a bug given the large amount of bugs with the class and the fact I think it is a poor design as is.

  • When copying Ninja skill [Flip Tatami] the skill will correctly ignore ranged damage.
  • [Flip Tatami] will increment its ranged damage protection from 1x1 to a 3x3 AoE.

In regards to skill bugs: Last night we discussed this thread with kRO. They have requested that we provide replays of each skill bug. So what were going to do is go down the list and see what replays we have and don't have yet. Then for skills which we don't have replays for we will generate themselves or create a bounty for turning them in.

Doing some testing, the Lightning Jolt and First Wind appears to have the same issue. Will make corresponding videos as well tomorrow. Please advice if there is anything else I should do in those videos to make them better. Thanks.

Kagerou/Into bug: Shadow Hiding does not hide the charms so user is still visible. I like being sneaky sneaky but le charms be giving me up.

Video of the Ninja skill Flip Tatami not working. It is supposed to block ranged attacks similar to pneuma.

Here is yet another bug with the Ninja class.

 

Class: Ninja

Skill Bug: Dagger Throwing Practice: + Throw Kunai

 

Bugs:

1. The skill "Dagger Throwing Practice" does not add additional damage to the skill Throw Kunai. This may be a bug with Throw Kunai, or with the Dagger Throwing Practice depending on how the skill damage was coded. 

2. The description states it increases damage to Shurikens, as opposed to daggers/throwing weapons. This is quite hilarious since shurikens are not daggers. I think the proper description should be "Enhances physical damage (Weapon Mastery) with Throwing skills."

It's bad translation,the name is Shuriken Throwing practice (at least in another official server).

• Faceworm Queen still uses a gloria effect before spawning, instead of a giant puff of yellow smoke

 

This along with other misc effect patches have been added with the new client this week.

No idea when this started but:

Blinding Mist is not applying it's 75% ranged reduction correctly in most cases. (Tested with Vanishing Poin, Killing Strike, Throw Shuriken, Throw Kunai) Those were being reduced by only 20~25% roughly.

Some cases Blinding Mist doesnt reduces ranged damage at all. Tested with Dragon Breath, both fire and water.

Don't know if it's working as intended but previously Siren's Voice worked to where its only canceled by another performer or if the performer hit the person , now it seems to be canceled once the person gets hit period :(

The bugs I found on my class (Expanded Super Novice) I posted here in this topic.

- Hilt Binding. Added +1 to my Str, but no +4 on the Atk. 

- Faith. My HP raised by 200, but my SP reduced from 303 to 288!!!    :blink:

- Weapon Research. Description doesn't say anything about raising Atk and Hit, only increasing success in Forging. (Afraid to waste skill points to confirm)

 

This I don't know if is misinformation, or an actual bug.

 

 - Axe Mastery. iRO says it also increases Sword Atk, but the skill says anything about it.

Looks like there are still lots of bugs that need fixing.

 

Anyway, I can say that the skill Makabishi isn't working, nothing happens when you step on the spikes and I don't think Maelstrom is working properly either, it does not absorb SP from AoE magic(Needs confirmation).

 

And please fix Flip Tatami!

Makibishi works fine, but it's damage is so low that it may miss on players because of their soft def.

Is there a bug on Thorn Wall? I have a Thorny Plant Seed in my inventory but it does not do any thing in PVM maps. Thorn Trap is working alright, though its restricted in instance maps, i.e. Hazy Forest.
