"(0x206)" indicates the usage of a virtual machine, which awakens the multiclient-ing protection that Popcorn (a developper) set up recently.

(Also, you're writing in the wrong section.)

Multiclienting = Trying to start the game more than 1 time on the same computer - not allowed.

Just stop to starting your OS (Windows) in VMware. Then you can play.

Playing from an internet cafe does not work if the internet cafe is using VMware.

*Eyebrow moved again* I might know where's the problem if there isn't a virtual machine being used.

Are you a Chinese player?

If "Yes" is there a something approximately called "360安全卫士" (I don't know the correct name) running in the computer?

If "Yes", it might be the cause (I don't know why it is detected with that code though), so turn it off.
