Hi all I got a +7 vana but I have see some people say that if the vana is not +9 then even a +0 rwd its better that the vana helm so i wanted to know if thats is true.

Use vana if you favour sp more than hp
Use rwh if you favour hp more than sp
Vana effects increases per refine when +5 (or +6, I forgot) and above (until +9)
Rwh effects increases only when +9
I never tested between +7 vana and +0 rwh, but usually people compare those two when they are both +9
IIRC, the proc rate of rwh is the same no matter what the refine is
So I'm guessing +0 rwh procs better than +7 vana, but the leeched damage of +7 vana might be higher than +0 rwh
I'm not very sure though

I guess it depends, during my leveling between 100-120, i used a +9rwh, didn't even give me a nice sp leech, always used yggs. A +7 vana, maybe could give a nice sp leech. Haven't used one though between that level. But at having a hf thana and +9 rwh at 120+ is really a nice combination, sp/hp always at full.

Vana = sp
Rwh = hp
