To "WESftws", you are NOT alone - I just saw your post and unfortunately it's locked now. How's your case? Mine isn't moving forward because WP are ignoring my side of true story. And my customer service: ****** is being super uncooperative. I sent a PM to Warnhal as well, but there is no sign from Warnhal either.
Here is my story, I was AFK as well at the time I got banned. But mine got banned in just under 1 hour after I left my char at OD2 to clean my dishes - and my ID is wiped: literally nothing left inside. This is something that I guess you wonder also, why the GM try to PMed us or try to do some bot testing when there were no activity in our account? I failed to respond to their pm/message when I was away and then I am considered as a bot - where is the logic?
I also don't understand, why the WP team don't want to listen? It was super way one-sided, especially when they know the fact that I am playing on IOS - an old 2008 MACBOOK without any windows installed. It was way beyond what any human can believe that a mac user has been accused of using "Illegal Third Party Program". The team said that they got proof and they did not want to show me the proof - really? I demand and ask them for a proof and they said that it is purely confidential. A mac user like me has been accused of using "Illegal Third Party Program".
How can WP be so sure and even said had proof when I even never ever run "Illegal Third Party Program"? How can WP said got proof for something that I never did? anyone know that banning a person who is AFK is impossible - but in my case they are banning me for being AFK. Please don't comment and say that I bot, I cheat, I used illegal third party program, I used automation when I was not. I am standing to my own words because I did nothing wrong.
Can someone suggest me something on what I should do other than waiting for Warnhal? It is way too frustrating for me to understand and to be patience with the situation when I did nothing wrong.
I hope that Warnhal will notice me. It's been 3 weeks - almost a month for this very unpleasant experience.

To anyone who got falsely banned at that day, I hope you guys will receive a full restore as well if you indeed done nothing wrong.
