The sprite error is due to missing client info for Costume: Haunted Armor Helm, the headgear was released in July of this year.

 

Repatching from that specific time could resolve the error, however, you could be missing further patches. I suggest a clean reinstall or a repair.  Ragnarok.exe must be launched as an admin. And do keep an eye on your patching bar, if it stops or fails at some point let us know.
