Radi armor/equipment/enchants

Just hit 50 on my Radi; I have a pretty good idea of what skills I need to invest points in..but what I'm unsure of is what armor and accessories I should be focused on acquiring/enchanting. There's SO MANY options to choose from, especially things like M-I, M-M (etc) that I have no idea about. Could anyone provide some helpful hints/suggestions on which direction I should be heading?
My Radi is going to be more for raid support than PVP. If anyone wants to critique my current armor set and accessories, I'll gladly post specifics.
Thanks!!

The Main Problem for every Healer is to reach 100 % SCC.(To get the Crit Heals)
But for beginner thats not so easy, because lets say a +20 % on Skill Critical Chance coming from the Weapon Enchant won`t tricker from Healing.
Because of that it`s important to focus on the main healing Stat: Mind.
Another increase for the Heal would come from your Magic Attack DMG.
Lets say you enchant High Ranks into your Weapon or Reinforce it to the Max.
Here are some Sets for your Range:
lvl 55:
FoC Shilvara

lvl 60:
Graten Ion

lvl 65:
FoC Aceroa

Accessories:
NM Destroyer II (C-C)

with ether Mind or Con
-
If you Focus on Skill Crit. Chance i would recommend the FoC Sets,
But if you Focus on Stats you can go with the Graten Set.
On the long run you have to focus on the 100 % SCC
And Sets who provides max SCC and Scad.
Good luck.

Your welcome.
By the Way, you don`t have to focus only on the NM Accessories.
A much cheaper and good Accessory Set is the
Supernus
Hope

or
Eximius
Dreamers/Dirge

The main Reason to go for a NM Accessories Set are the available Con Bonus, if you want to build a beefy Healer.

There are a lot of choices now, I suggest you memorize this formula (heal formula) :
[(MND * 0.3) + Magic Power + Damage Light + Skill Points]
On crits the same formula X 2 + SCAD.
So focus on those stats, and CON if you need it for HP

Post a screenshot of your build from the wiki just in case. But focus on scc and scad to get max healing power.

What is better 3-3 light enchants or 8 scad enchants or CON/MND TRH 14/14? Which one will give more heal?

3-3 light is the worstWhat is better 3-3 light enchants or 8 scad enchants or CON/MND TRH 14/14? Which one will give more heal?
Con mnd is better than 8 scad
But your damage will suck
Int mnd gives amazing heals and decent dmg
If you doing armor, I suggest hearts
If you doing jewels, depends you plan on pvp or pve
