Hey guys, Just wondering if I can get some help with my stats/equipment
What cards should I get ? I dont mind buying high tier cards. I'm also planning on buying +12 BXB , what enchants should I look for bxb and WW set?

So far these are my equipment.

+9 Autumn Headband[1]

Mid: BDM[1]

Low: 99 Balloon

+9 BXB x2 AS Card

+9 WW Set (No cards)

Bow thimble under cast

 

Stat:
str+1
agi+90
vit+50

int+99

dex+120

luk+45

Sound Amp Clean, Tele Sound Amp or Phen Sound Amp for faster AS casting. Some just use amp, cast AS then switch to phen accessory.

 

plus 9 Vana/RWH for sustain during solo.

 

Malicious Shadow Set even plus 0 is good. Also for sustain.

 

Sustain = less consumables via HP/SP Leech

 

If you're really rushing and loaded with zeny, might just be ok carrying straws, etc. and keep wearing that AHB.. or if you are mostly with support characters then sustain gear might not be that good.

 

Maybe Incu pet for SP leech.

 

Might as well make the INT go for 100 for the AHB bonus.

Thanks, I appreciate it. It's been a long time since I played.. and I noticed I have alot of zeny, so I really wanna revamp my character. However, I dont really remember anything at all.

Hmm for the enchants, I believe you want Sharps as an autoattacker/warger.

 

Expert Enchants on bxb might be more useful if you want to play different rangers with different builds.

 

It's probably best to wait and have more opinions here since I'm just more or general stuff regarding this game.

No lower headgear in iRO has a card slot, as of this date.

 

There isn't much significant damage increasing cards on headgear, but the best you can get should be:

 

- Dark Pinguicula / Duneyrr : +10 atk

- Dolomedes : +2 dex (since you're putting this on a midgear, the refine bonus won't be applicable).

- Engkanto : +30% dmg against poison type and bypass 30% def against plant type. Best for faceworm runs and the few monster types that fall under poison/plant.

- Knocker : +5% dmg against formless monsters. if you have 100M+ spare zeny and need that 5% dmg for NCT grinding

 

For non-dmg cards:

 

- Arc Angeling : +100% HP/SP regen rate if Base Luk is 77 or higher

- Pharaoh : -30% SP consumption. Go ahead and use that +15 BXB all day long ^^

A lot of people on the forum don't understand the concept of BiS or Best in Slot, in RO it can be directed towards slots but for most games it is what is considered the best singular piece of equipment for a particular area of gear.

 

For lower, 99 Love Balloons, Well-Chewed Pencil, Pirate Dagger, Gangster Scarf or Jinn Marin.

 

For mid, any slotted piece is good, but Black Devils Mask is arguably the best, with Blood Butterfly Ears being the second best. Don't bother with BFG as a Ranger, the MDEF ain't worth it when No Limits sets all defenses to a solid 1.
