Fixed Casting Decrement effect doesn't stack unlike variable one.

 

Highest Fixed Cast Decrement that will be taken into effect, for example 2 fenrir card both have 70% fixed cast decrease so the decrement taken into effect is only 70%

So the higher value (or if both are equal) only one of them (highest value) takes effect?

That is correct.
If you have two or more items/buffs that give you % fixed casting time reduction then the game takes the maximum of all numbers. And the maximum of 70 and 70 is 70.

What he said is true... however, by the power of some bug, Fenrir Cards DO stack. 2 Fenrirs = 0 FCT. It has been said a few times here, and proven by Zaayan's videos.

Zero runs. I don't have Fenrir Cards, my friend does. I may have an army of RKs but GMT is not the instance I use them for.
