If your Guild leader is a generous one you should get other benefits beside WoE supplies, for example you will be given zeny incentive for every WoE participation or given a bonus when you succeeded claim new castle, etc.

If you're guild member who participate on WoE basically you're like an employee who will be given salary based on your work by your boss or leader and get bonus on certain achievement made. The difference with real life employee is there's no WoE labor union who define the standard of how much incentive an employee should be paid :P

most players who participate on WoE is Rich players or a settled one, they got no shortage on zeny for equipments funding.

Yes pretty much If the guild leader occupied a castle and reach certain development level they will get treasure box which contains GOD gear components and GOD gear quest are privilege of a guild leader who owns a castle.

you can check this link for GOD gear quest and their components

for Guild Castle treasure drops list you can check this one I give example of Britoniah Castle drops but you can browse other castles from that link too.

Hope it helps

as for me, i did that to have fun. only in woe, people at woe guild are online. interacting eacch other, saying stupid things, performing strategy together, and all of those togetherness.
call it lame or bull-_-, but that is the reason i woe for. i dont really care about item reward and such. just by being alive makes me really happy.

WOE allows you to explore and experience more aspect of the game itself than just PVM. It can be exciting a lot.

You also make more friends from it, though can also make enemies at the same time..

If you are benefiting from being in a guild that is actively helping it's members out (answering question to builds/ gears, leveling/ instancing etc together)  it's just a nice gesture to give back a bit of time to help them in the WOE scene.

As far as reward goes, Castle loot has been crappy for a while and nothing has been done to change that. To complete the god pieces collection can take many months to years to complete, so the guild leaders themselves are the ones that often pull through all the obstacles to get to that end goal and don't just benefit off it through one month or two's WOEs. Whether or not they share their god gears/ profit depends on the guild themselves. Every guild is different.

I am a retired WOE player myself, because I'm extremely against a certain gear being implemented into the WOE scene that fell under the management's deaf ears, as well as the extremely stale WOE scene currently. I still participate in WOE TE though.

Just my 2 cents.

The main benefit is to drink delicious salty tears and make WoE videos to make people rage? You also get to kill players and have your satisfaction *Crit sound effect* :p_idea: :p_hi:
