From what i understand GM's and Dev's only appear on pegasus. I haven't really seen any GM in game and i've been playing for around 2 years now. (Well i did see a DEV recently with the event).

Coming to the point i don't understand why GM's or DEV's don't spend time in the live server. Yes, i know they ask us and promote our members to join pegasus but it's not possible for everyone to find time to play in both the live server and the test server.

It would be so much easier for them to understand and see for themselves what would bring more balance to the game than take certain advice's from few members who play in the test server.

I would also like to know if the class rep's were consulted before these changes were implemented.

Honestly most of the class reps have either quit or gone inactive. It's time we had some new class reps and it would be really nice if the class rep's could be chosen by voting.

Ps - I mean no offense to the GM team, i know they're working hard. We just have more room for improvement!

Interesting points... but maybe these are two topics

1. maybe the GMs/Devs are in game and we just dont notice.

I hope that it is like this...   and yes, it would be nice they would communicate with the players in game. So they get more feedback what the active players think about updates and changes.

2. I totally agree on your suggestion to think about new class rep's.

most of them are inactive... never seen in game or on forums. we had so many changes the last weeks... they don't know about this... and don't even know how to play their class now.

I would like to see active playing class rep's, which are around.

Well, first, QueenElizabeth is right, there are always GMs/CMs in game, but often they are invisible unless it is necessary for us to show ourselves.

The Class Representative title was removed from the forums, and the Pegasus development subforum was created so everyone could give feedback on changes going into the game and be aware of changes being worked on instead of a small group of people. Concerns regarding class representatives were that there was only a narrow view of the game being provided, whereas having an open forum where the ROSE Team can share future updates to be tested by everyone and not just those select few would provide a wider range of opinions and feedback.

Yes i'm sure you guys might be patrolling invisibly, but my point was about communicating with the players in the live server by actually having conversations with them, Not alot of people have the luxury of time to spend on forums or peguses, most of them don't even know forums exists or what it's purpose is.  I hope you understood my point.

You said "feedback is gathered from many sources and then investigated and tested by the Development team, before it will be added to the game"

Who are these many sources who suggested nerfing aoe's the way you guys did would do the game good. Was this tested in peguses ? If so how was it considered successful.

If that is the case why were aoe nerf's implemented, obviously no one is happy with it. If the GM team really was in game i think they would know it messes up pvm completely.

I've never seen a GM on Pegasus but I have seen them on the live server and it usually goes like this- "Hi GM please give me items"  "Hi GM why was my account banned?"  "GM give me zulie pl0x". I guess it's nice for players to see them but not particularily helpful since they can't discuss things like tickets in-game and they certainly don't give away zulie or items.

As I understand the system, GM's here are also GM's for other WP games. They handle tickets and situations where something is an immediate problem (like when some moron spams zulie drops to cause other players to get disconnected). They check known botting spots. They don't have anything to do with changes made to the game at all.

Our CM is very active and we are fortunate to have her but she is also CM for Dragon Saga so she can't spend hours each day just hanging out in ROSE. She does livestreams for us every week and is active here on the forum as well as on all social media. She forwards feedback from players to Genesis. Not sure what more she could do that she isn't already doing.

So these latest changes were not put on Pegasus first. Considering how few people actually tested and gave feedback prior to the Paradigm patch, I don't see where that would have made any difference here. Most people that bother to go on Pegasus do it for one reason only- to test their own builds. They never give any feedback until the changes are live. Then suddenly they find a voice and complain. That seems to be the pattern for testing ever since I came here in 2014 and it hasn't changed.

There are no longer class reps and there haven't been for a few months now. It's not a big loss from what I can see. The players that consistantly give feedback and answer questions continue to do that, regardless of a forum title.  My point is that everyone has a voice and a right to be heard. The best place to give feedback is here at the forum but Dragonlark also gathers feedback from Facebook and other places.  Everyone who has a game account has the ability to post here at the forum and give their opinion. If they don't want to bother doing that, then they have no right to complain if something isn't the way they like it.

Once, many many years ago, GMs would mingle within the same dimension as the Visitors but as time grew on and the Visitors became more aware of their presence they would flock in gangs to show praise to the all-powerful overlords in yellow. As more and more Visitors would arrive and overwhelm the all-knowing in yellow with important questions as stated above; ones that had an everlasting effect on all life like.. if I remember correctly.. Ahem, "FREE STUFZ PLSPLSPLS!!" we noticed that they would slowly stop revealing themselves to us.

I could never understand why they left us to a dimension where they were invisible to our eyes and other senses...

GMs and MODs can stealth anywhere, just saying.

You don't see them but it doesn't mean they're not there.

Yes sir, i'm aware of that. It wasn't my point, i just wanted to say it would be a lot better if they had gotten more of the facts right before they went on and did something drastic like ruin pvm by screwing up aoes. It would've helped if they had asked a few players 1st and tried to see if it actually worked.

Just a small correction to this statement-  Game Masters and Community Managers can be invisible but Game MODs can not.

The only way we can blend into the background is if we are on a different character (one not wearing the blue MOD set)

I had a GM pop up next to me in TG once. I killed it immediately.

I used to see some active [MOD], but I gues they too started hiding in the other dimension.

Mods don't really have any power in game, they just mute spammers and zulie sellers i think.

Given the fact MOD's are pretty much no longer a thing, Reps were dissolved [not that they had any in-game power anyway], and GM's never leave invisible status. You'd be hard pressed to see anyone or anything aside from the normal player.,

i dont think there will be such thing. also if it may ever happen to see something besides the normal player it might go wrong at some point anyway and get dissolved too. since humans are created to make mistakes and ruin things in the end :P

MODs are still out there, you may not see us much in our MOD outfits, mostly we are places with normal characters, but the same powers as the MOD chars.

We were asked not to be out in public in our MOD characters as many people confused us with Gravity employees, I along with most if not all the other ones always said we are just players and not employees, but you know not everyone wants to listen.

And like someone else said, people want free stuff when the MODs are out and about, like the GM, DEV or CMs  :)
