From August 24 - September 5, 2016 at Noon PST, both Steam and WP players will receive a +5% point conversion bonus! After the event period is over, on September 8th we will count up all the points spent by each game account and give 15% of the spent points back! So if you have had your eye on something special in the Item Shop, this is the time to make the purchase! All games are running special sales events as well, so keep reading!

Kindly give a confirmation if i sell wpe code to a friend in game for 200m zeny. It's this allowed or not? This is one of the grey areas in the game.
I know for a fact if I don't get zeny warp portal won't help me with it. And that's fine with me cause I'll only sell to only known friends.

Only Kafra points spent on items counts for the point return promotion.

Does this cash backwork only for the kp products purchased in game? Or the kp conversion on Warp Portal website.

Case 1: Say i convert 10k wpe to kp and get 13000kp and let it be in my account without purchasing any cash shop items right now.....

Case 2: Say i convert 10k wpe to kp and get 13000kp and use like 10k kp and reserver 3k kp for later......

How much cash back do i get in both cases kindly let me know

You only receive points back based on the kafra points that are spent during the event on items. 

 

Case 1: No KP back at the end of the event

 

Case 2: you would get 1500 KP back at the end of the event if that is all you spend during the event.

Case 1: spent 3k kp from previous last 2 month vip-kp saved on 27th august and bought another 6month vip=7k kp promotion.. is the kp return offer eligible by using kp obtain from the vip purchased? and not converted ones?

The intention of this promotion is to encourage players to spend their accumulated KP so the points that you get back is based on what you spend on items in the shop. If the points are purchased separately or are included in a VIP+Points bundle they count towards the point return event.

You either had used the 5% for this month or it has been combined with the new promotion. When converting WPE and before the confirm transaction option there is a window that tells you how much bonus being added and how much KP you will be getting, please take a note of that.

Nope, never converted before the promo or either this month. Yes, when I converted 2500 WPE, it showed +20% and +5% <--- this 5% I assume is the one that has always been there even waaay before the promo started. There was no additional 5% in the confirmation, nor when I calculated the points myself.

normally:

0-999 wpe --> 0%

1000-2499 wpe --> 10%

2500-4999 wpe --> 15%

5000+ wpe --> 20%

 

now:

so yes, you are getting the extra 5%. the +5% after the 20% is the 1st conversion of the month bonus

Same happened to me, I converted last night 1500wpe and made my account VIP for 1 month which is 1,500kp with 1500kp bonus. Then I checked after conversion, I only got 1,500kp.Does the 5% not included?

the 5% doesn't apply to the VIP+kp promo

So my VIP points only count for the 15% kafra point return?
