Could someone explain the new elemental system to me? Im quite confused about the fine details and percentages
as far as i understood the percentage go for either your weapon dmg or for the element attack provided by the set effect and element weapon. you can gain 50% by investing 100 points in 1 element. its divided into PvE and PvP element damage. PvP element damage is lower than the PvE damage.

'Each player starts with a base damage and resistance rate of 50%'. So lets say my weapon gave me 450 elemental damage, players will be taking 225 damage by default? lol im quite new.
'The stats can be shown as "Element Rate Points" like "Fire Element Damage Rate +1" where each "point" represents additional 5%', does this mean that, for example, if i add one ice element point, i am granted 5% additional element attack?
