In Port of Winds and Kazeura the floors that we walk on are missing. All portals in almost all maps are also missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it's still like this.

Can anyone help me please?

Try to install the game to a seperate location. Yeah, sounds strange but it actually helped many.

example: C:\SagonDraga, or even on a different harddisk if you have any besides C.

Now every time I try to start the game it gives me some error about corrupt client and I'm told to re-start the game or re-install.  I have reinstalled the game at least 10 times and every time same corrupt client error! I am about to go crazy!

What you have is a corrupt registry> Easy fix uninstall dragon saga, than go to where the folder was C:/ or whatever drive and delete folder from the tree also.

Create a new user account and get your dragonica that you downloaded there (use memory stick), it will boot up no problem.

Now to fix your corrupted registry that you are on:

To fix your registry go to filehippo.com and go to drivers section click there and you will see driver booster, download that and update all your drivers (one of them is corrupted), program is free and it also comes with registry repair also free. Good luck.

I have the same problem as  Adam1373 but after instalation in a seperate location the problem stays. Missing flors, jumping pads and portals.  When i play dungeons like Lavalon, Akia the graphic don`t work properly (freeze, double  everything) or on f7 monsters are disappearing. Only good thing is that I don`t have error about corrupt client

I have uploaded a complete pre-installed version of the latest patch:

You might try to use this one.

Downloaded it, no crash but still all the other problems (missing floors, portals, etc).

I guess I'll try to fix my registry?

Follow what i stated before: your driver is corrupted and is most likely to be your graphics driver. Follow what i stated early, ! quick method is to just simply do a new user account, since your registry will be brand new without all the clusters and apps. If you are the administrator, just add new user account and run dragon saga there, you will see it will work, since is the same registry tree from the actual windows 10 base.

Once you see it works, just run the programs mention early to fix your registry on the administrator account. Good luck.

I too still have all the problems with missing floor, portal etc. I did what eyes2kill wrote. It didn`t work.  Complete pre-installed version is not good too. This is from DxDiag about my system:

Everything was fine before the Arcadia update.  Updating the game probably did nothing to my registry or drivers

And my graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M (I think that's what you're asking for)

Yes it is. It is Intel® HD Graphics 4000. But until Arcadia update everything was working fine
