Event did not start, I just recharged 6000 Im points and didn't get the 20% extra IM points....
6000(1.4)= 8400 6000(1.2)(1.2)=8640
I only recieved 7200 points, where do I QQ?

Comes with a default 20% conversion bonus.

The 20% doesn't add bonuses together, it just makes the bonus 20%.

This is misleading then, I thought I would get my normal 20% bonus AND 20% more for the holiday event.They should have at least made the event 30% if they were going to advertise an increase for the normal conversion rate the players who charge alot at once still benefit.

Wasn't it 20% without any events for amounts over 5k mall points? And it seems as if you must charge a minimum of 5k points
just to get that 20% extra, you wont get the full 20% bonus if you charge less than 5k.

That statement seems quite misleading to me... I understand it to be 20% MORE on top of the original bonuses
that were in place.

And yes also looking forward to the patch!!

The 20% seems to be a glitch in the billing system and wont be able to resolve it until tomorrow. So we will be honoring all accounts which purchase points since 12:01amPST the morning of the 6th until the value is fixed. if you are one of these people please contact me with your Warpportal account, amount of WP points purchased, and date/time you purchased points and i should be able to get you your bonus points within 1 business day.
