Help: "You are prohibited to log in until 2067-12-31 00:00. (6)"

 

I suddenly can't log into my account.

 

Last log in was about 5-6pm PST, about after maintenance and I was vending in Eden 2.

 

I already submitted a ticket.

 

I'd appreciate on what's going on.

The GM team does not interact with players via the forums. Since you've already sent in a ticket, its best if you wait for a reply patiently. They will let you know why they perma-banned your a/c. You can always contest it if you are innocent.

I didn't do anything wrong but the last few things I remember was buying off cheap Safe to 7 Body certs for 10m each by actual trade via trade window and reselling them via a vend in Eden 2.

 

Had to PM him since I think he quickly sold his 1st batch of vend.

 

I hope they reply soon.

 

I checked ragial then saw my vend off and was excited since I assume I sold out.

 

Relogged to see and saw the "2067" message.

Got my account back! Thank you staff!

 

Apparently it WAS that trade! They said the character was included in some Real-Money-Trade.

 

Sadly, they removed all of my certs. I had some of my own and replied to the ticket if they could still restore some of it.
