I have SS and valk card, which I think is the best  card for P/G warg ranger,but I am still confused recently

I think creeper bow would be best for warg ranger, right? LV4 weapon, two slots, high ATK and possible enhancement

 

which temporal boots enhancement is the bset for warg ranger?

luk+200=100% warg and slightly increase warg dmg, but rate is kind of low

dex+200=50%-80% warg dmg increase, and trigger rate is much higher, but the SP cost would be a problem

 

Is it possible to reach 250+luk by equipment without lucky day?

AFAIK someone mentioned here that Creeper is actually just a lvl 3 weapon.

it is lv3, I checked with the refine ATK, pretty sure.
