Does anyone have experience vending food drops from this instance or is it better just to sell to NPC?

The instance is pretty easy so you would think that you would have a hard time selling drops easily available to other players. Other than saving the +6 & +7 stat food for your own consumption I suggest you just sell the other stat food to the NPCs.

or give it free to your friends.
i remember when my friend just starting out playing, he was really grateful whenever i give him loads of +3 to +6 foods from sara. He used those for TI and such.

I can't seem to sell the +7 stat drops from Doyen Irene to NPC.
The iRO wiki says they can be sold for 20k
