Came back to the game after a layaway 5-6 months to find one of my accounts is banned until 2067. I'm kind of confused because I didn't do anything wrong, if anything the reason i left is because I was fed up with a lot of the things that were going on at the time. Main reason I'm making this thread is I was roaming prontera on an alternate account and ran into people I knew, and was told a lot of accounts were randomly banned. Do I just follow standard procedure and make a ticket? Or is this a special case where an accident happened? Any info is appreciated.

You must submit a ticket to get that investigated.

You will not get suspended due to inactivity unless you request it through the ticket system.
