You can't.
Best you can do is setup a Ram partition and put Requiem on it. Maximum ram Requiem will use is 2GB because its a 32-bit program without the special extension to use 3GB. Also if you are experiencing an issue because Requiem is not allocating enough ram, then the game is doing something wrong. There is no reason this game should use more than 2GB ram.
