This is to attract new player and private server player.
1. Make easier lvling, with Jumping Jane away event or something like that.
2. Make vip exp rate 2.0 base non vip 1.5 basically to increase the base server exp to 1.5 permanently. This is to compete with low rate private server, and attract player from low rate private server to play iro.
3. Get rid penalty % on vip, and make 1% penalty for non vip. This is to make new player that trying this old ragnarok game easier without vip.
4. Introduce new item to cash shop. Feels like the items are nothing useful lately.
5. Have more event for zeny sink. Maybe something like gamble event every 500k or 1mil can get Kafra blossom card with a low chance.
6. Disable some castles from woe 1 and woe 2 and te. Maybe woe 1 will have 2 castle from each city right now we have 4 by reducing it to 2 we will have more competition. Of course by removing this castle also lower the requirement to make the god item from 100 ppl to 50ppl. Increase the drop rate of God piece woe 1 higher. Woe 2 castle from 10 to maybe 6 castles. Lower the econ requirement to make God item. And woe te rom 1 to 6 castle.
7. Least but not last cmon warp portal you are a grownup company why you still listening to kro? I believe f you can develop your own ideas like jro this will make it better. More freedom instead of kro ordering you around.

What do you guys think? Feel free to add ideas

its a lost hope to attract pserver players as iro does not have the quality or updates to keep low rate players interested

i did say low rate though

iro will need to fix it delay issues first if it ever wants to compete with any of the good 5+ year old servers with very high pops for starters though...and sadly no matter how much people whine they have done nothing =[

1 thing for sure they need to get rid of kro. Have their own development team. It's kinda stupid that they always follow whatever kro said =_= maybe they need to hire new employees that can help with all the server issues
