I wanted to load up some IM Points but when I checked, the usual way I load up is via 7-11. Unfortunately GoCash Game card via 7-11 is only available in the US. How can I load up now? I am from Philippines.

Yo    Are you playing the game via Steam? If so, you should purchase via Steam (Steam Wallet)

I haven't received my Item Mall points from my Steam Wallet Purchase! 

You can use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal with Steam.
You can also check your local stores maybe they have this prepaid Steam Wallet card thingy.
I'm not sure about other payment options via Steam.

Oh, and in case your purchase attempt on Steam gets blocked, you can try disabling your antivirus temporarily just to let the payment go through.

Found the answer myself. warpportal loading options detects the IP address origin and give you the option of loading on the country IP origin. In my case earlier my company is using US IP so warpportal gave me loading option based on the IP.

Yeah. Purchased 2K IM points and oh they have free 400IM points.
