Cant patch and login.

Patch server is down due to maintenance works, login is up.

So how in heck are we suppose to login to participate in woe if we are late? This is the most retarded time to do any maintenance.

MAke a short cut to ragexe.exe

right click > properties

add -1rag1 to the target  example : "c:/ragnarok/ragexe.exe" -1rag1

 

There's a space between the " and the -

There should be a space before -1rag1, and then use the new shortcut to launch the game.

I will just copy-paste from an older post with minor adjustments, please see below.

 

Bypass patch client:

Spoiler

1. Browse iRO folder and find Ragexe.exe.
2. Right click the exe file, choose Create shortcut.
3. Move the newly created shortcut to the desktop for now.
4. Right click the shortcut, choose Properties, choose Shortcut tab.
5. In the Target bar, add -1rag1 at the very end, make sure there is a single space between that and the existing target path. So it should look like this: "C:\Users\Windows\Ragnarok\Ragexe.exe" -1rag1-
6. Apply and then OK.
7. The new shortcut now can be used to launch the game.
8. Note that for this method you MUST run Ragnarok.exe often to make sure your client is receiving the appropriate patch files. When patching every active RO client must be closed.
