He probably tricked you into thinking he has one, by inviting you to his "Home" in Port or whatever town.
There is a model home you can enter, with full furniture & even a Maid inside!

But no it cannot be owned just yet!

lv 37 marksman
lv 29 mage
lv 48 paladin

yet your guild master and vice guild master are right there

anyway back on topic.... lol are you sure you can actually go inside an instanced MyHome and that its not just a glitch taking you into the model one?
