• Corrected issue causing item cooldowns to not be triggered when last item in inventory has been consumed.
• Corrected issue with consumable item cooldowns not being applied correctly on server side.
• Corrected issue with "Little Information is a Dangerous Thing" quest not working when abandoned and reacquired.

Where did you hear there is a new quest? I remember seeing something about a new player-created item that will be available from Captain Peg Leg but that's something you can get for ancient pirate coins. Those coins are dropped by monsters around your level- no quest involved.
